40 class
Compact countertop
For lower-volume venues, cafés, tasting rooms, bars and service counters with limited space or more moderate service demand.

Countertop or undercounter. Chilled still, ambient and sparkling. Customer self-service or staff-operated.
Every V.S.O. configuration uses reverse osmosis to create a clean and consistent starting point, followed by controlled remineralisation. Temperature and carbonation are then configured to complete the serve.
Output class changes capacity only — not the quality or drinking character of your V.S.O. water.
The size you need is about how much water the system can deliver, not what kind of V.S.O. water it produces.

40 class

80 class
For restaurants, bars, clubs and hospitality venues requiring greater daily output.

120 class
For higher-volume venues with stronger peak-service demand or greater daily water requirements.
Final model names and specifications to be confirmed.
The V.S.O. treatment, chilling and carbonation equipment sits below the bench. Water is served through a dedicated electronic or mechanical tap or dispensing column, positioned for customer self-service or staff operation.
This keeps the service area clean and uncluttered. Available in 40, 80 and 120 output classes, selected around daily volume and peak demand.

Both installations are available across all three output classes.
